According to the agreement, the two parties will establish middle and long-term cooperation on vessel calls, terminal services, logistics, technology innovation and regional major project development.

Signing of the agreement lays a solid foundation for deepening our cooperation,” said Lu Yongxin, COO and general manager of China Merchants Port.

Early in 2013 China Merchants became a 49% shareholder in Terminal Link with CMA CGM, the joint venture has interests in over 50 terminals.
