Gold Star Line has expanded its intra-Asia network with the launch of the China–Cambodia–Thailand (CKV) service, establishing a dedicated container shipping connection among Shenzhen (Yantian and Shekou), Laem Chabang (Thailand), and Sihanoukville (Cambodia).  

The CKV service is operated via slot-sharing arrangements on Maersk’s established IA98 intra-Far East service and is supported by three dedicated vessels, each with a capacity of approximately 2,000 TEUs.  

This strategic enhancement strengthens Gold Star Line’s regional service coverage in South China, Thailand, and Cambodia, while optimizing asset utilization and network efficiency through collaboration with Maersk’s proven intra-regional infrastructure.
