The GRI/GRA will apply to all full containers gated into the terminal on or after 15 October 2026 and shall remain in effect until further notice.  

Rate increase: USD 1,000 per TEU (20-foot equivalent unit), applicable uniformly across all covered equipment types.  

Covered equipment includes:  

• 20-foot and 40-foot dry containers  

• Refrigerated (reefer) containers  

• Specialized containers (e.g., open-top, flat-rack, tank)  

• High-cube containers  

Origin countries and territories include: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.
