For bookings containing the listed commodities, a duly signed Letter of Indemnity (LOI) must be submitted prior to issuance of the booking confirmation. The LOI must be completed using Hapag-Lloyd’s official template; submissions in alternative formats will not be accepted.

Hapag-Lloyd reserves the right to place such bookings on hold until the LOI is received and verified. Booking processing will resume only upon successful validation of the document by the carrier’s documentation team.
