CMA launches direct service to Cork, Ireland

CMA CGM will launch a new direct Transatlantic service calling at Cork, Ireland—connecting the Irish market seamlessly to New York and Savannah—effective April 28, 2026. 


Key Service Features:  

• Direct Transatlantic Connectivity: End-to-end vessel calls between Cork and both New York and Savannah, eliminating transshipment and reducing end-to-end transit time and handling risk.  

• Premium Service Standard: Characterized by schedule reliability, operational consistency, and high on-time performance.  

• Enhanced Network Capacity: A dedicated additional vessel will be deployed to increase service frequency and reinforce schedule integrity.  

• Inaugural Sailing: MV CMA CGM WHITE (Voyage ORPLUS1MA) will arrive in Cork on April 28, 2026, marking the commencement of the service.

This initiative reinforces CMA CGM’s strategic expansion of its Transatlantic network and underscores its commitment to delivering resilient, high-performance maritime logistics solutions for customers across Ireland.
