As part of this adjustment, the carrier will introduce a new port call at Itajaí (Brazil), while discontinuing the existing call at Itaguaí (Brazil). This optimization reflects CMA CGM’s ongoing commitment to strengthening regional service coverage, improving transit time reliability, and enhancing operational efficiency along the Mediterranean–South Atlantic trade corridor.
The transition will be implemented as follows:
• The final SIRIUS vessel to serve Itaguaí will be the "LISA MARIE" (voyage ONSNJS1MA / ONSNKN1MA), departing Tanger Med on 23 May 2026 and scheduled to arrive at Itaguaí on 13 June 2026.
• The inaugural SIRIUS call at Itajaí will be made by the "SANTA INES" (voyage ONSNLS1MA / ONSNMN1MA), departing Tanger Med on 29 May 2026 and arriving at Itajaí on 16 June 2026.
Revised SIRIUS Service Rotation (clockwise, northbound–southbound integrated):
Tanger Med (Northbound) → Algeciras → Tanger Med (Southbound) → Salvador → Santos (Southbound) → Itapoa → Itajaí → Paranaguá → Santos (Northbound) → Tanger Med → Algeciras.
Schedule adjustments:
To accommodate the revised port sequence, minor berth window adjustments will apply to northbound port calls:
Paranaguá: berth window shifted from Wednesday to Thursday;
Santos (northbound): berth window shifted from Friday to Saturday.
All arrival schedules at Tanger Med remain unaffected.
