The PSS will apply to all cargo under short-term contracts serving East Africa, pending further notice. For shipments destined for Port Victoria, Seychelles, a surcharge of USD 500 per twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) will be levied on all dry and refrigerated (reefer) containers.  

With respect to China–East Africa services, the following PSS rates will apply:  

• North, Central, and South China to Mombasa (Kenya) and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania): USD 750 per TEU;  

• North and Central China to Zanzibar (Tanzania): USD 900 per TEU;  

• South China to Zanzibar (Tanzania): USD 1,100 per TEU.  

All rates apply uniformly to dry and refrigerated containers.  

CMA CGM states that these adjustments are aligned with its commitment to sustaining service reliability, operational efficiency, and network stability across the affected trade lanes.
