Maersk makes major adjustment! North Sea route to return to Ashdod
2026-08-18
Earlier in 2026, Maersk implemented a temporary rotation adjustment—replacing Ashdod with Haifa—to address short-term logistical constraints. With operational conditions now normalized, the service will revert to its standard port rotation, and the interim Haifa call will be discontinued.
First Reinstated Call at Ashdod
The vessel MAERSK IZMIR (Voyages 636S and 638N) will resume calling at Ashdod, with an estimated arrival on 17 September 2026.
This adjustment will take effect beginning with Voyages 636S and 638N.
