The revised ECS rates will become effective as of the Price Calculation Date (PCD) of 15 August 2026.  

Revised ECS Rates:  

• For 20-foot dry containers: USD 2,100 per container (previously USD 1,800)  

• For 40-foot dry, 40-foot high-cube, and 45-foot high-cube containers: USD 3,300 per container (previously USD 3,000)  

The updated surcharge applies exclusively to dry cargo shipments from the aforementioned countries to the UAE.  

Maersk has indicated that implementation of these adjustments remains contingent upon receipt of all required regulatory approvals and compliance with statutory notice periods.
