The surcharge will continue at £3.82 per laden import container, effective 1 September 2026.

This decision follows Hutchison Ports’ advisory notice dated 14 August 2026, issued by its Port of Felixstowe terminal operator.

The EFS level will undergo its next scheduled review on 15 September 2026, with the outcome determining the rate applicable for October 2026.
