Ocean Network Express (ONE) has appointed Diamond Shipping Services Ltd. as its officially accredited representative agent in Mauritius, effective 18 September 2026. This appointment reinforces ONE’s strategic commitment to enhancing local operational capacity and delivering responsive, high-touch customer support for maritime logistics activities in the Republic of Mauritius.

Diamond Shipping Services will operate from its established office in Pamplemousses, providing end-to-end agency services—including documentation handling, port coordination, customs liaison, and real-time vessel tracking support—to ensure seamless service execution for ONE’s clients.

The designation forms part of ONE’s broader regional growth strategy, which seeks to deepen market engagement across the Western Indian Ocean and adjacent West Asian corridors. Notably, Diamond Shipping Services will also serve as the dedicated local agent for ONE’s Mozambique Coastal Link (MCL) service—a scheduled shortsea network connecting key ports along Mozambique’s coastline and facilitating integrated cargo flows between southern Africa and regional trade hubs. By consolidating representation under a single, locally embedded partner, ONE aims to strengthen service reliability, accelerate turnaround times, and advance its long-term objective of building resilient, customer-centric maritime infrastructure across the region.
