Applicable PSS rates are as follows:  

• Far East (excluding Bangladesh) → US West Coast:  

 – USD 3,600 per 20-foot container;  

 – USD 4,000 per 40-foot container;  

 – USD 5,065 per 45-foot container.  

• Indian Subcontinent and Bangladesh → US West Coast:  

 – Same rates as above (USD 3,600 / USD 4,000 / USD 5,065).  

• Indian Subcontinent and Bangladesh → US East Coast and Gulf Coast:  

 – USD 10,000 per container (all sizes).  

These surcharges apply to all cargo types, with the exception of shipments destined for Honolulu and Dutch Harbor.
