This surcharge shall enter into force on 15 October 2026 and shall remain in effect until an official updated notice is issued.

For all shipments originating from China, the aforementioned surcharge is required to be filed with the Shanghai Shipping Exchange in accordance with regulatory requirements, and may be integrated into the base ocean freight rate.
